What we need in the good ol USA is someone who knows how to make "French Fries" taste like Pomme Frittes. I don't care who invented them, you can't find any in the US that taste as good as those in Europe. So Armand, German (Belgian?) lawyer, why don't you come to the US and set up practice with me, and we can make pomme frittes and great apple pies and sell them to European tourists in Washington?
